This game is a beautiful work of art. All of you that say its Zelda rip off are wrong. This game is a unique take on Japanese mythology. I never seen Zelda do this

I used to have the Wii version of this game (bought it new when I got my Wii), then sold it and got the PS2 version (used) because I hated the waggle combat controls, but I'm kind of regretting it because I get all kinds of problems with it now. The game freezes occasionally as if it's loading, sometimes music doesn't play, and I don't ever hear the voices (that part, I like), and yes, I did check: I have the sound up! Did I get a messed up disc, or these just problems with the PS2 version?

I think both Lezend of Zelda and Okami are great game series.

so glad this game came out for the wii, after watching many videos, i can actually praise the wiimote for once in aadventure game. The paintbrush actually feels like second nature, ie, drawing a quick line for a powerslash with the wiimote is WAY QUICKER than using an analog stick..

even without the celestrial brush techniques, this game would truly still be one of the best videogames of all time defo a contender for top 10. the brush is basiclly a gimick.....but a really fun, original one. i just got to the bit where u go fishing been playing for about 11 hrs between 1-2 hours fishing and selling my fish for loadsa yen xD

@MrAlekz Well the ps2 has this graphics because you'll get the illusion that it all happens on paper and that's pretty cool. It's a shame that isn't for the wii. About the wii pointing, the wii is definitely better than the ps2, drawing goes much faster when you get the hang of it.

dude, this game is only for certain people that enjoy art ( dont make a fucking joke about how it's not art.) It is actually ( as far as i know) paintings brought to life. It was rated teen for alchohol and tobacco reference, violence, and some other crap. I have this for the wii, it's not that good yet, but once i started the first battle it started to get better. Just don't complain about a game you don't like. keep your thoughts to yourself.

It uses cel-shaded graphics RE: the new Prince of Persia, No More Heroes, Killer 7, XIII all of which are for the more adult orientated, it's just a different graphics system which developers use, there is plenty of games out there which use these types of animations.

As for the gameplay, not only is it superb but it's also very orginal, there really is no other game which matches it, there is also plenty of positive reviews on sites such as ign and gamespot, you should go check them out.
