  • Good to see Evansie and his lady love have still got it after all these years!

Sounds better now than ever thanks.

Eddie T & the swinging grippers ex BP.

  • Great to hear from you Mr T, and thanks for the kind words, much appreciated.

  • I've been trying to find a certain song's name. My friend gave me a cd with a bunch of Irish folk music and this one song is just a woman singing with an acoustic guitar accompanying her. She sings something about stars and courting young men... Anyone know?

  • Was looking for Mary Black's version when I found this.

Thanks so much for your lovely versions of this song - 5star + fav.

  • Thanks for the kind words, please take a look at our version of Sandy's "By the time it gets Dark" from '87 (promo video). Thought you might like to listen, cos the connection with Mary Black - Best from Carolyn and Mark

  • Beautiful performance of a beautiful song. You've got a wonderful voice. Enjoyed this very much.

  • Another beautiful song! I love it! By the way, I really like the "Red Shoes Duo" name. That's part of the draw.

  • Carolyn and Mark Evans, thank you for the bottom of my heart. It was done very well-loved both the guitar and vocal. I have favourite. 5 stars

  • I just absolutely love this....stumbled across it...haven't heard this song in years! good job...excellent...from Ireland..

  • Thanks for the compliment - Always thought Eleanor McEvoy should be more famous than she is - just a great song.

  • Sorry - the doll's house and the sofa have to go - but this is classy, professional performance which you could carry off on any stage and be proud to say 'that was us'. Not sure about 'Red Shoes Duo'. I think you need names in there. I commend you. Post something else? Many thanks. David.

  • Wonderful! Very beautiful voice and guitar playing!!!

  • Lovely of you to say, many thanks from Birmingham UK.

  • Come out of the lounge and do it live! Better then ever. You didn't need that other bloke. Derek Eynon
