Evrastus, read the description box to the right-side of this video. Daniel already answered your question. If Israel was created in 1948, then some of Revelation's prophecies were already fulfilled. I believe we are past Revelation's chapter 12 and we are somewhere between chapter 13 in history but this is just a guess based on my perception of actual and present events and how they compare to prophecy. You must read all of Revelation and then read people's different opinions on this matter.
I'd have to really look into this more, but it seems to be one of those 'different interpretations'. Chuck Missler has a very different view on the prophecies of Daniel, and it was the book of Daniel that led him to Christ. Don't know about the whole day = year, especially since I believe in a literal 6 day creation, not a 6k year one. I think the traditional view of it being actual days, as it says has a decent argument of its own
Well truthseeker, I don't think that Ezekiel 4:6 and Numbers 14:34 were meant to describe the creation of heavens and Earth. The 2 verses came much more later and you have to read them into context like any other verse. If Chuck Missler came to Christ because of HIS personal interpretation of Daniel, then he converted because he became attracted to his own interpretation. This is not how people should convert to Christ but the person should feel conviction and the need for Christ's salvation.
Besides, Daniel is a 12-chapter book with a great number of prophecies. Does Chuck Missler specifically gives interpretation to the few verses of Daniel I mentioned in my video? Does he uses the different hints provided by Daniel to correctly place the events in history? For example, Daniel prophesies the creation of the Abomination of Desolation in the Temple's court counting forward from the day the sacrifices are taking away. That clear hint cannot be dismissed or be open to interpretation.
It says what it says with great precision. Daniel is telling the reader to count a given number of days (or years) after the sacrifices are taken away. In 583 BC, King of Babylon Nebuchadnezzar burned and sacked Jerusalem, halted Torah's laws and even sacrificed a pig on the Temple's altar turning it unfit for sacrifices. Nothing happened after 1290 days but we learn that in history something happened 1290 Hebrew years later.
The precision is so great that even the old Bishop Sophronius who was living there in that time recognized in horror that the Dome of the Rock was indeed the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel when the Caliph Omar suggested its creation in front of him. TELL ME, what other structure was built in the Temple's court 1290 days after the animal sacrifices were halted? And 1290 HEBREW YEARS later? Daniel clearly specifies the Temple's court, not the Temple per se.
History doesn't provide any other explanation. The only structure that was ever built there in the Temple's court was the Dome of the Rock. Nothing else has ever been built there. But you are free to believe whatever you want of course. This video is also interpretation but it makes more sense to me because it adheres to historical facts and justifies Israel's creation in 1948 with prophetic precision.
History might not, but Israel is very close to building another temple. I finally came to the conclusion that prophecies not only have been fullfilled in more than one way (sacrafice of Isaac), but multiple fullfillments only show the power of God. There is also the possibility that satan inspires events to look like prophecies have been fullfilled (not saying this is one of them)
I wouldn't get too cocky. Missler is a sharp old man and has spent over 40 years as a scholar, not to mention a literalist when it comes to interpretation, but I am aware that doesn't make him right. I just need to explore this a bit more.

About 2Kings 5:27, you are taking those out of context. God is simply punishing Naaman's progeny to suffer leprosy. Skin turning white is a non-congenital side effect of the bacteria. You assume that this side effect of leprosy has anything to do with being white as a race which is simply wrong. Many other skin disorders also cause skin to turn white like Michael Jackson's case of VITILIGO. God cursed Naaman's progeny with leprosy, not with a curse to be white.

It's not just Muslims, but all of us who need to repent. Abortion = murder. Divorce + remarry = adultery. The Messiah will return to judge and to make war (Apocalypse 19,11). Everyone not caught up into heaven with those being resurrected will die. New Jerusalem comes down from heaven 1000 years after that (Apocalypse 20-21).

What do you mean the 2nd coming will be opposite of what I presented here? What I presented here isn't anti-Biblical but Scripturally accurate. The battle of Armageddon in Revelation clearly states that the Euphrates river will dry up, so the kings of the East can cross it and make war against Israel. The kings of the east along the Euphrates river area are all Islamic countries. Even Islamic Hadith Bukhari says that Muslims will kill all Jews in the last days after crossing the Euphrates.

So one day he tried to prove people he could fly and glide like a bat and jumped from the roof of his house when he was a kid. Might be better to call the O.T. calendar you use a "prophetic" calendar, as per Genesis 7:11-8:4.
All Hebrew calendars were adjusted, and became effectively solar calendars. Some added a 30 day month like every 6 years. Some adjusted quarterly.
If they didn't adjust their calendars, summer would have switched with winter in the calendar, about every 35 years.

Evrastus, read the description box to the right-side of this video. Daniel already answered your question. If Israel was created in 1948, then some of Revelation's prophecies were already fulfilled. I believe we are past Revelation's chapter 12 and we are somewhere between chapter 13 in history but this is just a guess based on my perception of actual and present events and how they compare to prophecy. You must read all of Revelation and then read people's different opinions on this matter.

I'd have to really look into this more, but it seems to be one of those 'different interpretations'. Chuck Missler has a very different view on the prophecies of Daniel, and it was the book of Daniel that led him to Christ. Don't know about the whole day = year, especially since I believe in a literal 6 day creation, not a 6k year one. I think the traditional view of it being actual days, as it says has a decent argument of its own

Well truthseeker, I don't think that Ezekiel 4:6 and Numbers 14:34 were meant to describe the creation of heavens and Earth. The 2 verses came much more later and you have to read them into context like any other verse. If Chuck Missler came to Christ because of HIS personal interpretation of Daniel, then he converted because he became attracted to his own interpretation. This is not how people should convert to Christ but the person should feel conviction and the need for Christ's salvation.

Besides, Daniel is a 12-chapter book with a great number of prophecies. Does Chuck Missler specifically gives interpretation to the few verses of Daniel I mentioned in my video? Does he uses the different hints provided by Daniel to correctly place the events in history? For example, Daniel prophesies the creation of the Abomination of Desolation in the Temple's court counting forward from the day the sacrifices are taking away. That clear hint cannot be dismissed or be open to interpretation.

It says what it says with great precision. Daniel is telling the reader to count a given number of days (or years) after the sacrifices are taken away. In 583 BC, King of Babylon Nebuchadnezzar burned and sacked Jerusalem, halted Torah's laws and even sacrificed a pig on the Temple's altar turning it unfit for sacrifices. Nothing happened after 1290 days but we learn that in history something happened 1290 Hebrew years later.

The precision is so great that even the old Bishop Sophronius who was living there in that time recognized in horror that the Dome of the Rock was indeed the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel when the Caliph Omar suggested its creation in front of him. TELL ME, what other structure was built in the Temple's court 1290 days after the animal sacrifices were halted? And 1290 HEBREW YEARS later? Daniel clearly specifies the Temple's court, not the Temple per se.

History doesn't provide any other explanation. The only structure that was ever built there in the Temple's court was the Dome of the Rock. Nothing else has ever been built there. But you are free to believe whatever you want of course. This video is also interpretation but it makes more sense to me because it adheres to historical facts and justifies Israel's creation in 1948 with prophetic precision.

History might not, but Israel is very close to building another temple. I finally came to the conclusion that prophecies not only have been fullfilled in more than one way (sacrafice of Isaac), but multiple fullfillments only show the power of God. There is also the possibility that satan inspires events to look like prophecies have been fullfilled (not saying this is one of them)

I wouldn't get too cocky. Missler is a sharp old man and has spent over 40 years as a scholar, not to mention a literalist when it comes to interpretation, but I am aware that doesn't make him right. I just need to explore this a bit more.

Albinism and melanism are not contagious but congenital. Leprosy is an infectious disease caused by bacteria that eats away your skin, flesh, and muscles. About 2Kings 5:27, you are taking those out of context. God is simply punishing Naaman's progeny to suffer leprosy. Skin turning white is a non-congenital side effect of the bacteria. You assume that this side effect of leprosy has anything to do with being white as a race which is simply wrong. Many other skin disorders also cause skin to turn white like Michael Jackson's case of VITILIGO. God cursed Naaman's progeny with leprosy, not with a curse to be white.

If a mother has leprosy, her baby can be born with leprosy if the bacterial infection has reached the incubation period before she gives birth and thus, it can be transmitted to the baby. He will die if not treated. It has nothing to do with genetics. On the other hand, a white person doesn't die because he is white for the simple reason that he doesn't have any leprosy bacteria in his body.

Take a look at IDF (Israel's military) pictures and videos. There are Israeli soldiers with pitch black skin. Then check photos and videos of people from Israel.
