He didn't like the way the Q's were conducting business of ELQ without telling him, there's more to it watch the shooting at Lukes in Jason 1997. In my opinion Joseph C. Phillips was the better Justus, iroinically he was on the cosby show/

@bitchh4 Jonathan Jackson was the first LUCKY, he in some ways invented the character. He won three emmy's as protrayal of LUCKY and is by far the best and is back now Thank GOD.
