I think they look gorgeous! If anyone thinks it's sexualizing children they are way too paranoid. "Oh no! We wouldn't want time travelers going back to the Rococo Era being attracted to 5' 9" tall children with breasts!" Come on, that's a bit far fetched. If people are attracted by the site of breasts in that dress, it's actually the opposite of being attracted to children. Think about it. If people are attracted to Cat Women from Batman does that mean they are attracted to animals?
@LittleMissSweetieKat oh my mistake . I lived in the Caribbean for the longest while. Strict Lolita's don't wear jsk without blouse. I wear a blouse with my jsk even when it reaches 37 celsius , but i don't sweat so I wouldn't know better. So my apologizes
JSK always need blouse unless the sleeve are like that on the blue dress, but that would just turn into a dress. If she is not following the Loli rules that she is just cosplaying Lolita and doing a bad job. No rule following= No real Lolita ^-^
@AmaiEmikoChan they are in australia and it is summer unless they wanna go to hospital with stroke then they dont need a blouse looks like you are the one who needs to do more research!
@kissmykatfully Free style? There are rules to every fashion, and thats a MAJOR one. Lolita was inspired by The victorian era mostly, btw. The one that was really inspired most by the rococo period was Hime-Loli, and no princess is that immodest
O my god! pull up your sleeves and and wear a blouse under that JSK! showing shoulders and cleavage is so not loli! Dressing like that can give people the wrong idea about lolita!
@kissmykatfully it's based on Rococo CHILDREN"S clothing. If I saw a child wearing that I would cry. Your shoulders and neck are parts of the body that attract men, and lolita is all about modesty. I mean you can wear what you like, but if you're going to break the rules...don't call it lolita.
she's probably just new but don't think we can just start calling it some thing else thats not going to change the fact that people will sexualize this style any way
you need to pull your damn sleves up Angelic Pretty did't make it that way your just whereing it like that and it's conpleatly um modeest and unacceptable learn about lolita fashion before u ever where it again
starting today "Lolita Fashion" is now "Marie Fashion" (Marie Antoinette) because to be honest 'Lolita' just seems like a bad way to describe clothing. ...and those who know, will know why.

I don't see why wearing that off the shoulders is such a big deal. There are even dresses/shirts made that way for lolita. >>
