i am pretty sure there are not enough buttons on the average mouse to run forward (i assume right click) change weapon (maybe scroll), jump (middle mouse button?), scope in with scout(???), but if you have done this with one hand very well played.

You could add strafing to the side buttons on a mouse. ;)

Shoot - left click

silencer/burst fire - right click

walk - scroll wheel forward

Strafe - Left & right side buttons

Jump - Scroll wheel down

tip for one handed gamers, get a freakishly mad buttoned mouse and set all your shit to that :D

Shit dude I play one handed now, well acutually I use one of my fingers to press W. But if you can't type this in console, bind MWHEELUP +jump then go to options and change walk to right mouse (MOUSE2), then USE button to MWHEELDOWN and weapon special function to MOUSE3 (mouse wheel click) and you can be all set for one hand!
