The original sound samples I used for hit effects (the ones heard in this video) actually had a natural delay in the sound file, and that's why they sound off-beat. If you listen closely you'll hear the default drum hit before the claps come in. It was fixed ages ago; this video's just old. I think it was fixed. I sure hope it was.

It's called "Osu!", it's pretty much a PC version of EBA/Ouendan.

Pretty fun, but I flat out suck at it. Mouse is a lot harder than a DS touch pad D:
