hi, i have the 3.0 v6 diesel, it has more torque than the hemi, but less HP, i thought torque is better for this kind of thing, if so why is the hemi so popular?

@lolnumpty its because retarded people like the sound of a petrol engine better. we just purchased a 2011 model grand cherokee and it was the same deal. diesel has more torque, more fuel efficient, and the v6 turbo diesel beat the 5.7 hemi petrol in quater mile aswell, even though it has less horsepower. but people still want the hemi. go figure
