@lavvy2585 sorry about the long response. It does work, going on it right now actually. Your body does get use to the resistance, so you have to sometimes jog fast or go at a fast pace. It's great if your feeling sluggish and you don't want to get into super killer workout, but still want to burn calories and sweat.
