Whilst it's snowy & cold - I love it when snows turns to slush in the daytime and then freezes again overnight making for lovely crunchy sounds as you walk ( and drive) over it. We get that a lot here as the temperature dips in and out of freezing. I used my 4x4 a lot last year - even when the roads were clearer - just to wind the windows down and here the noise the tyres made scrunching when you drove off the narrow 'safe' tracks other ordinary cars had made!

@rubberwellingtons snow over ice is dangerous when on foot..already fell *hard* this year..i cant wait for the snowy weather to go away..but that takes forever here in canada. :S
