  • you are rushing the form the movements seem to run onto each other without purpose. Your very last section starting at 58 seconds was the best. You were a little tired and had to slow down. Sometimes less is more. Whatever movement you do end it with a nice crisp "snap" and you will feel the form much closer. You have potential- watch your back heel in the bow and arrow -- it comes off the ground before you hit the stance.Other than that it was good.
