@Josh44Tube the uc3 Nautilus is not homemade--it was built with industrial equipment and engineered. this cannot be classified as homebuilt. perhaps private built is more appropriate. and yea drug runners use really poorly built subs. this is too sophisticated for drug runners.

one it is not at all illegal to build a submarine & no one has the authority to stop you unless there is some compelling evidence.
tow even if the patrol boats could find a sub they wouldn't be aloud to harm the crew unless they oppose a threat it is something called human rights.
