I just finished the first Art of Living course... there is a lot of potential there for inner and outer peace. I highly recommend taking the course, at least just to experience something different and wonderful!
This guy is on the right track for sure, particularly the importance of breath. Breathing and the heart-mind connection has been scientifically linked to significant health gains (physical, mental, and emotional) by the heartmath research institute. I would highly recommend anyone interested in understanding breathing and the importance of breath in relation to the heart-mind to check out heartmath.
