I've seen a bus toilet before, it wasn't like this one but flushed in the same way and had a flap to go down. That one looks very clean.

it has a grinder and grinds up the sewage and recycels it for flush after flush it most likly has not ben serviced for the past few days

the flap on the plane tolet is proibly so when the plane drops sudenly it dose not come up out of the tank

These are lot better than vacuums, because they aren't loud at all. They stopped using them on planes. The reason vacuum toilets create the ear popping is because of the air pressure, not just the decibal level.
