@pokemonrocksfm David MacPherson who was in the 1991 Series died in a motorcycle accident and also Jim Alexander who was in the 1995 Series tragically died after filming of these episodes. Jim Alexander's dedication was only shown on Channel 4 and S4C

I really don't think they should bring back this show.

NOT (repeat) NOT because it's not a great show because believe me, I love this show and in my heart I want it brought back but I think if it happened, it'll be dumbed down to very easy quests/tasks with sob stories just like what is happening with "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" and it will not be the same classy, witty, intelligent show that we grew up with.

Yeah , the Crystal Maze is making a comeback , i read about it in the Sun Newspaper in the TV Biz section afew Weeks back .

Im glad it's coming back cos you dont really shows like this now , just bullshit like X Factor , Stricly Come Dacing , Pop Idol , Deal or no Deal , Heads or Tales , to name just afew who lived watching Shows like the Crystal Maze before such junk the one's ive just mentioned came onto TV .

I think it's because series 5's clip came from a VHS, which was played in a machine which desperately needed it's heads cleaning.

I meant me. i grabbed these clips from titles already uploaded onto here - I could only get access to series 5 titles that were ripped from a grotty old VHS, and i didn't bother replacing it with a better version of the theme music, as i don't think it's necessary. The theme is still there, even though the quality is a little lower.

but let's face it, most of the games in crystal Maze were just larger versions of the little puzzles you find in christmas crackers weren't they lol!
