I cant believe this is even an argument. He is clearly drunk, people are clearly uncomfortable. Dave was being a jerk, but can you blame him when his guest star showed such poor judgement? Joaquin's PR pulled some BS magic and Dave's people agreed because Joaquin's fans would be pissed and the show would lose ratings. Everyone agreed that it was a joke to calm the world down, but really it was just as it seemed.
