I wondered if the lights appear under or over the pier, but now I see it is over the pier. I noticed they created headlights like on a car, maybe they created it and we could not see behind it? -orbstats.

@orbstats yes you are right. the lights appear over the pier. between 00:21 and 00:27, when the red light appear, they create the hologram of a car. you can see the side of the fore part of a car and the black wheel below on the left of the red light.

@cealvaradob You know that is so true. When I was young I used to get these sparks of lights in my eyes indoors with no sunlight through a window, or sparkles of light at the corner of my eye in dim light at night. Adults told me it was the sun, but it was not. Now when I film orbs and capture them now, many times it is because they were always there, they were those flickers of light I saw as a child. Full circle. -orbstats

as I have posted about 'Fake Planes' If you want PROVE your findings - all you have to do is purchase one of those $49.00 high power green laser pens from Bud K and shoot it at these things and I think that it would go miles into whether these things are just lights or Orbs. I know that if I were there I would do it with out a doubt.. ( because you really do not want to know what it looks like with a good video card and monitor,I promise)

Where do these two bright lights are coming from? From the lake? From the Sky? I could not distinguish well their own location.

@TrueHamal the area filmed is a private shipyard and marina. reviewing the video i cannot really say where tòhey come from. when the red light appear below the boat, it come from the pier. (the boat is on the pier, it is not on the water)
