Believe me, there's been plenty of nights when she wishes I would just shut up and go to sleep.... this is only one of the many nights of my "adventures" ... and for someone like me, it's not as easy as "turning off the lights and going to bed" .... I don't know why but by nature I fight sleep.... this video is what happens to me when I take this drug.... and yes, every time!

@davidgates2 I'm the same way. Even when I take sleep medications my body just naturally tries its hardest to resist the sedative effects. For some reason many people cannot understand that insomnia is a real problem, and that there are no easy cures like just turning off the lights or "just going to sleep". Nearly everyone has mild insomnia every now and then, but most cases of chronic insomnia can only really be helped by pills, and sometimes not even those help.

I take Ambien off and on. I have severe insomnia. I didn't sleep at all for 9 days once. When I take Ambien I have to make sure my husband knows. I have to give him the phones to hide.make sure I can't get out the door and basically keep me safe. I've done some weird stuff on Ambien.

3.75mg of zopiclone (related) makes me feel mildly relaxed. Good, but mild. 7.5mg makes me feel relaxed and sleepy and my imagination becomes vivid (but not in a psychedelic way). 15mg turns me into a retard. I took it, played halo 3, and when it kicked in I barely knew what was going on and just sat there doing nothing, but once it started wearing off it was pretty cool. Oddly, taking 15mg didn't give me the visuals that I got from 7.5mg. BTW I don't have a tolerance to the drug.
