Hi uhmmm well I hav very poofy thick hair ; I'm Samoan so yeah we hav like very thick hair ! Like verrrru thick !!! Lol and well I wash my hair once a week and straight it after it drys or I mite jus straight the nxt day and so well I dnt hav a heat protection spray or anything and I hav nevr used it so probably my hair is like seriously damage ; Im getting around buying sum of it tho coz I really want my hair like healthy and not damaged . @EsthrMinajj hi (lol im not the uploader but i like to help) well if your going to use heat then definitely use a good heat protectant (i use chi) and then at one point, i use hot tools everyday w/o protectant, so it caused really bad damage..so during the summer i dont use hot tools only wen its absolutely necessary, and i looked for alternatives..i also used a hair mask once a week to hydrate and repair the hair;; also drink water and eat fruits it helps (you can also use leave in conditioner)
