stuffs actually being used in application and not application like a rehearsed exercise or demonstration. but in a realistic environment with the pressure and spontaneity of sparring. simply put shits awesome

Usually sparring involves actual contact. Doesn't look bad, but pad up a bit and you'll see a difference!

Nice that the tornado kick and sweep corresponded naturally, it's usually set up as a move in a two man form that never materializes in a real fight.
