Glaceon is definitely underestimated, but sees limited use due to the movepool, terrible defensive typing, and below average speed. Still, it's very high Sp. Atk and STAB Ice Beam is something to be feared, even Focus Sashers are not safe with Ice Shard in it's arsenal.

when it comes to EV training, would you increase a stat that is neglected and needs improvment? or one that is high already and increased to make it stronger? I ask this because i have a Flareon with special moves but low special, and a Glaceon with attack moves with a high attack.....halp meh plz q_q

@dogmandude3690 The general rule is to EV train in the stats that are already high. Not the case with all pokemon though. Flareon is one example. Since it has so many Special attacks, I'd EV it in Special Attack and Special Defense regardless of its Attack. You can still give it some physical attacks since its Attack stat is naturally high.

Dragonite against Glaceon isn't a good idea especially if it lands a critical hit with it's Ice Beam xD

Glaceon's special attack is violently high even at lower levels. You have to watch out however because they have poor spdef and def.

Also, Togekiss must've had no EV or IV investment on Special Defense for Ice Beam to kill it but don't forget that Glaceon's Special Attack is very high.
