i palm da ball but only standing still so dont help when im dunkin so i just str8 up bang wit 2 hands. i can use one hand but i actually gotta jump as high as i possibly can. n i dont understand y ur vert drop when u try 2 hands, it should actually boost it cus u usin both arms to put energy into yo jump...idk but i prob got like round a 35" vert n im 6'1" so im doin the science of jumping program this summer...if u want ill let u no how that go so u can try it if u wanna up ur hops...outy pcpc

Thanks man, actually my biggest problem is grip, in my videos the ball is not FULLY pumped. My hands are small and I have been experimenting with wax. I have severe knee problems so I have been out for a while. But a new vid will post soon but it will be basic because Im starting a slow recovery.
