Is better to start when they are kittens but if is older is fine too, just start with super short trips, using a carrier and give him/her treats or pets while driving, conquer their fear one block at the time!! They will know is fine the car when they release is not only for go to the vet! lol Good Luck!

Luna is PRECIOUS! My Theodore Mittens looks very similar, and he LOVES the car! We travel by RV, and he is so happy to be on the road. My mum also has a persian/maine coon mix who she takes out in a 'cat seat' just like yours! Check out my channel to see Theo....he's a cream point himi.....who I also give showers. He looks equally as pathetic when wet, hehe! I think he'd LOVE Luna!

Luna have so many dresses, this is probably one of my personal favorites. I absolutely adore her coat in this particular clip, she gives off an amazing look and I wish I could pet her sometimes, I can even begin to imagine how wonderful it may feel on the skin of yourself
