Back in 1998 when I was on Paxil and ready to come off of it I distinctly remember my pyschiatrists telling me I can stop the drug tomorrow and not experience any withdrawal effects. And this guy is saying that the company clearly indicated that the drug causes withdrawal effects. Then someone must have been lying.
for a lot of people, seroxat withdrawal is comparable or worse in severity as withdrawal from benzodiazepines or opiates. not even to mention the 'pooping out'-effect, which translates to sudden ineffectiveness of the drug which inflicts the withdrawal symptoms on people who aren't even ceasing use, but are simply using the drug as prescribed, so there's a nice extra set of side-effects for 'ya! what an awful drug this Paxil/Seroxat is!
