Michael was used and abused -- I feel for what he must have gone through on an emotional level through his childhood. The world is a better place because he existed, but he suffered greatly. Stevie Wonder is a wonderful singer talented in his own right BUT Michael is simply magical when he sings and performs. People it is the entire package and most people dont have the IT. @Beethoveniac Lol, that's a stupid thing to say. I love Michael Jackson but it's people like you who completely over exaggerate his talents. Yes, we all know that Michael is a good singer but there are plenty of better people out there. Nothing bad against him and I'm not saying Justin is one of those people. But just like Michael he too can sing. He's making his own path with his high notes just like Michael and I believe that he's gonna be big someday.

@AirikuRei Look, it's not a matter of Michael Jackson's talent being superior. It's just a matter the fact that the music industry considers Justin Beiber to practically be the untouchable new messiah; granted that might be a bit of an exaggeration; but still, he's hardly been in the industry long enough to become so bulletproof and unassailable on what amounts to very mediocre singing ability, in my opnion.

Secondly; it's not that Justin Beiber sucks; it's that the world treats him like he's untouchable and beyond criticism, when in reality; he's just mediocre. If 30 years from now, he even comes CLOSE to the fame, stardom, number 1 hits and all-time memorable albums that Jackson had; then and only then will I consider him legitimate. Michael Jackson was a beast when he was little...I like his music as an adult, but as a child his voice was powerful and pure. This song is a perfect example. I think he has the best voice a boy has ever had before puberty lol.

Michael Jackson can't be beat. Justin Bieber is able to use autotune and a bunch of over processing vocal effects. Michael Jackson had a pure voice, no autotuning needed, as you can hear in this recording. Autotune didn't exist then.

But yeah - if you are going to compare MJ to anyone, it should be with people who are actually in the same league. Nina Simone was an established child prodigy, Aretha already had *THE* voice by the time she was 16: those are the types of artists that invite comparison to MJ as opposed to this generation's Donny Osmond.
