@xxkhinnielovesJCxx IU has a great voice (although there's way too much aegyo in her voice for my personal taste), but I don't like her version because she never goes into the whistle register. The whistle is a staple of this song and singing the song without it is kind of like singing I Will Always Love You without the high notes. And this isn't Jane at her best. She's kind of pitchy here actually, but I attribute that to not having a monitor.

It also depends if you like softer voices to begin with. There are Chinese (and any other Asian) born in the US, so by "American" what are you saying? If they arent white/black they're automatically foreign? Same for Asia they have NONAsian races born/raised there.
