What a tragedy. There are two tragedies here - the natural one, and the government-created one.

If the Myanmar government won't take international aid, file a new flight plan, - to Schezwan Province in China, to help the earthquake victims!

The people will deal with the negligent and self-serving military leaders of Myanmar later. But in the meantime, don't let the supplies rot on the airplanes and loading docks - send it to where it will be used and appreciated.
