Hey. You need to do more reps and build a rhythm when you squat. You can still do doubles and triples but do that after you try a higher rep set while still going heavy.
Nice Work, Man! Squats are nice and deep. On the Snatch pulls, you really shouldnt be going to singles if you are new to it. I would reccomend focusing on muscle concentration, speed of the pull and technique. With the Push Presses, again, seems a bit heavy. Not that you cant do that lb'age, but you need a weight that you can use to focus on speed and technique while being heavy enough as well. Good job. Keep it up!
