@DavetzWin someones probably said this but the 4th race is Random PvX generally requires a different strategy because you aren't as prepared for the early game

@Timlee137 A walloff is only essential for PvZ because of Zergling runbys and because so many zerg units are melee, therefore it's useful to decrease the amount of surface area on your structures at the front of your base. Against Protoss and Terran, a walloff is less useful because of their ranged units that can stack up on each other and don't have to each have a spot on the building to attack.
Summary: In PvZ a walloff is totally essential, in PvT or PvP it's less needed.

@sinikodemente 13 means 13 supply. When your supply gets to 13, make a gateway. It's usually a way to indicate the time for build orders. Say 9 - Pylon 13 - Gateway 16 - Cybernetics... You get the point.
