if you gave the illegal's work visa's they would have to pay taxes, pay for their healthcare, pay insurance, get licenses & when they did something wrong you would know where to find them instead of the we don't see them they don't exist policy we have now. Taking away their drivers licenses didn't stop them from driving it just made them drive illegally.
