For the Part 2 you guys should let me take you to a sweet slope spot that I go to all the time! It would be breathtaking scenery and footage. If there are crashes you gotta upload those too! That's how nitro hobby does it!
I know it's just Canned music but I like the stratocaster in the song. Nice work, Slope flying is something I'd like to get into but no hills or mountains near me.
Great Video guys, I can understand the bigger birds with the GoPro cam you might have to use the motors a fair bit but why so much use with on the other gliders, after all it was supposed to SLOPE SOARING,,,,,NO Motors used then !!!
good video but this is kind of like calling it "sailing" and using an outboard motor on your sailboat. looks like you were somewhere in Chino or Yorba Linda area
OK guys great video, But you don,t need the motor for slope soaring even with a little extra weight you should be able to fly quite well using the lift from the slope, in fact on windy days we add ballast, so if you are well practice'd you should not need the motor, good effort though.
I would like to see you review some non powered gliders on the slope.
@nitroplanes what kind of fox glider is that at the start of this video. you need to carry the fox with out a motor would be best please please please thanks.
Nice video. I would be so tempted to just let the gliders glide out without power and see how far they can go (probably a good way to loose a plane lol) Great Flying!
you guys should visit my slope some time, maybe even shoot a video there!

Is the FOX glider good for fpv? im 12 and looking into starting fpv flying and my uncle has a huge ranch to fly on, thx in advance!
theflyingjackass1522 2 months ago
@theflyingjackass1522 it can handle our gopro with the underwater housing, so it can support some extra weight without much issue

Think like an eagle! An eagle with a 200w brushless motor on its nose! Should bring surprising flight joy! ;-)

I'm seeing lots of motor runs, a.k.a., cheating. Come on guys!
sassydave 9 months ago 6
@sassydave we had to keep the motors on due to the additional weight of the Goprow/LCD/waterproof housing. But thats just for the big Diamond Glider

@nitroplanes that planes dont need that much wind ... and i guess ... the fox wouldnt need motor ?!
