@marcctube thats a damn good question, all of the reviews seem to be cut and paste from the website itself. after doing some research I found that L-Arginine HCL seems to be the most legit ingredient that they add since its been shown to double sperm count and semen volume. but you can get that for much cheaper alone. I honestly wish there where some real people reviewing this
