There is no mystery here people...it is not the fault of young people.....the older generation simply stopped taking responsibility...all of us, not the parents, not just the Police or Church...everybody.
Corporal punishment was/is wrong in a modern society,get rid of it....hold on! we went from one extreme to the other.
The Police/Politicians/ are corrupt, lets not listen to them...one extreme to the other.
