Hi, I´ve had the same problem. It is a electric motor that keeps the door that takes the air from outside the car closed. When the plastic wheel breaks, it jumps and close making that noise. In argentina, i bught the spare part of the plastic wheel, disasemble half of the car and chage in.
my heater fan is not working. i have checked fuses but still does not work. does anybody no what else it could be

Another solution, disconect the electrico motor.
