I saw the entire episode. It was hot as hell. It was the opening night. He was going to be on a show called "Bad Bosses". He was trying to get the thrid Michelin star. A bad time to be on any chef's bad side.

I worked in the kitchens of Burgerking and KFC whilst a student and a couple of managers tried to pull that shit on me. I told them where to go... and surprise surprise nothing came of it -because they knew they were in the wrong.
