I think you know the answer already even before you asked the question!

Well, in case you dont.

Here is my answer.

There are at least 2 reasons:

1) English is NOT easy for Chinese people to learn (i know, i know, many chinese people think that Chinese is even harder to learn. Nevertheless, english is still NOT easy for chinese to learn.)

2.) for personal and economic reasons. Translation ==jobs.

many people say "take it personal", even for native speakers. However, the phrase "take it personally" is grammatically correct, "take it personal" is not.
