I'm surprised no Texans have flooded the comments with "THOSE AREN'T NACHOS YOU DAMN NEW YORKER" yet.
Traditionally, nachos are made with individual chips, sprinkled with longhorn cheddar (not cheese sauce) and each adorned with a single jalapeno pepper. Each chip should be a world of its own, unique, neat, perfectly balanced and delicious, not a goopy mess of chips and junk as we've become familiar with.
So while what Mark has made looks good, the true nacho is not something to be ashamed of.
How in the HELL is that racist? If enjoying variations on dishes with influence from other cultures makes me racist...no, I have to ask again, how in the HELL does that make me racist?
Oh, well, looking at your profile I'm gonna guess you're young, and obviously spend more time on XBox than on school books, so I'm just let it slide. You obviously haven't spent time on logic and reasoning skills, which is normal at your age.
