This add on definetely had to be made; the Original Forever ending was as Duke would put it "what kind of shit ending was that?" but this add on makes me appreciate the ending more since I now understand it's significance :) The M.I.A part suggests Duke's gone missing (because of Dr Proton) and the add on also hints Duke Nukem did not get to the press conference instead what we see at the end of Forever is a Duke Clone; well that's what I'm assuming anyway :)

I really wish they dumped Duke's 'sidekick' or 'Duke Lite' as he is annoying as hell, not at all funny. I also wish they had expanded more upon the moon base level (more installation) or Dr Proton's part for that matter as I liked it more than the alien part.

Having played it I find the surface level in which you team up with General Graves and the EDF the best part.

-gives the ripper a bottomless clip and doubles its damage

-gives a bottomless clip to the shotgun

-increses the amount of rounds the rocket lancher can hold to 20 along with atomatic targeting

I did pre-order the game (about $10 for the pre-order), I did pay full price for the game when my pre-order was ready to be shipped out ($60 for that), my pre-order got me access to the First Access Club (which got me the first batch of DLC for free), and I did buy the second batch of DLC today (800 MS Points = $10).

In total, that means I've spent roughly $80. I liked the game a lot, so I'd gladly spend that much again if I needed to.
