I appreciate the talent it takes to make it look authenticlly aged, but I think the people that buy these are the same ones who's cars haven't been washed in over a year and the inside looks like someone emptied a gargage can in it. They don't have the "pride in ownership" like most of us. Sorry, but every mark on a vintage guitar could tell a story and you can't copy that. There's new and there's vintage, no in between. I don't get it.

Thanks Tom for sharing! I'm a real fan of gloss and shine, but the first time I got an early Rossington in my hand... well, in that moment I got it! It may have started out being about the look, but the open sonic character is really the selling point. Not exactly the same as a real "old wood", but certainly an awesome step in that direction! Thanks for your addition to these great instruments!

i liked the idea of fading the colors of an iced tea or cherryburst, like the slash signature. not brazy about all of the cracks and worn hardware. i can get that from a pawnshop epiphone...
