I am a fan of both of the two, but in the end Spider-Man would come out on top. It wouldn't be a quick fight though, that's for sure. Batman is extremely skilled in combat and does have his gadgets, but Spidey's spider-sense would make a surprise attack from gadgets useless and his agility and super strength would make him on top. Batman is smart, but so is Spider-Man. And his endurance would be enough to take hits from Bats. It'd be a long and hard fight, but in the end... Spider beats Bat.
I am a huge marvel geek, and love spidey to death. but even I have to admit that Bat-Man would ruin him one way or another. Bat-man would find out exact who, and/or what spidey is, and use it against him. And while spidey is paniciing to cover his own ass, Bats will be delieivering well executed finishing moves.
Even if they just met up, and did a brawl Bat-man would still win. Spidey might have great agility, and the ability to do different wall crawler moves. But Bats is trained in everything.

@Trackspider You idiot When Spiderman got bit by the Spider it gave him Super human strength Speed, agility, the ability to climb walls perfect balance and Spider Sense. He created his web shooters by himself the Spider didn't give him the power to shoot webs that was Only in the movie.

@Rollingstonesfanboy Dude, BATMAN is the smartest guy on the face of the planet. And I'm pretty sure some webs can't stand up to explosive jell, smoke pellets, anasthetic gas, batarangs, and the frikken batmobile for pete's sake!!! And one last thing (I know this is completly off topic, but still) Batman could do a better job of unmasking spiderman than venom did, AND not get himself exposed as Bruce Wayne. Some detective work and he's done... no hassle.

It can Hold strong people like Blob. Batman has no way of moving an inch of his Body. Spiderman is much stronger much faster way more agile and is an actual genius. Spiderman makes his gadgets BATMAN BUYS THEM. Spiderman was smart enough to make his web shooters and make a cure for the lizard and other scientific inventions.

Batman, AKA Bruce Wayne has a multi-Billion dollar company, and he makes some of the most advanced technolagy on the face of the earth, and spiderman, aka Peter Parker (Dumb name) Is a F**King photographer. So I am pretty sure he is at least smarter than spiderman. And plus, He could easily break out of the webs because, UTILITY BELT. BATARANGS!!! And he does make at least the batarangs. Also, Bats is his own man, he doesn't have to worry about paying the rent every week, or his sick aunt,or the fact that all of his love interests keep dying. He has like,six sidekicks to help him out, spiderman has no one.If all else fails,Bruce can just call the rest of the frickin JUSTICE LEAGUE!!Spider-man can call-oh wait, he's not on a team Batman is SMART,he could easily figure out who's behind the mask,and then torment his personel life to get him off his edge.
