You all are very good at what you do.... I am a 31 year old man and I started braiding hair a few years ago because I had no one to do my children hair. I got pretty okay at it however, they sometime come out frizy.... How do i stop that, i was told i hold my hands funny but no one will show my how, what should I do.

If the hair is natural then you need to hold the strands firm. Please comb the hair out completely first as this helps to stretch the strands. Remember to add some lotions to the hair to soften before starting to braid as this helps to hold it better. congratulations for taking on this skill for your kids cheers

Thanks for explaining and for understanding. There are various ways of presenting the pineapple but I chose to funkify it with the side bang and this made me take the middle a bit to the back as against the crown. cheers

Really cute braids. With the length of this xpression hair being  so long ,did you cut it in half or three parts. And how many packs did you use on her.You did a really good job.Amazing!!.

Hair was cut into 3 or 4. I have forgotten but remember you have to feather the tips of the Xpressions to make it long. We used more than one pack as there were single plaits in the middle to give it good body. Thanks for watching.

Thank you for your response. You can start braiding from the age of 5. Thats how old I was when I started and this is what my kids do as well. It is an amazing and useful skill to have so you are absolutely ready to start learning. All you need is a keen interest and love for hair. Will love to train you.
