@KyleLaney87 I'm assuming you're referring to the triangle jumps performed in the air. Characters with the Flight ability and an 8-Way Air Dash can perform it. Some characters who are capable of this are Trish, Dr. Doom, Magneto, and Storm. While in Flight, these characters can Air Dash (in any direction) multiple times before Flight automatically cancels. All you have to do is simply execute the Air Dashes quickly in any direction you like.
