i think thats my favorite hip hop music of all time, becouse its from my both favorites producer and group, the lyrics are dope and the fuckin beat is J Dilla period
People don't get it, this world is too camouflaged. People who understand whats happening like these brothas in this song need to unite. We aren't strong alone, we need unity before we are wiped out and "Idiocracy" happens.
Doesn't here know the hip hop producer Dela? He has a song called "Stakes is High" and he even samples the little "vibe" vocal sound heard in this track. It's kinda ironic how his name is Dela, kinda like De La Soul haha
@jmj540 You've been a sleep then. You must be on some 3 feet high and rising ish because they have Ls for day, even more now. That's what happens when you're on your craft. PUT any of these mcs from back in the day that are still doing shows against your Drakes on some real L ish toe 2 toe......they will kill it!!!
@telj1 Yo drake is not wack, I know you want to bash the whole new school but, Drake got bars, concepts, and decent hooks, not those simplest form of brainwashing(repetitive) joints, dude has actual hooks, people dont pay attention to what he actually be doing but a real hip hop head is going to pay attn and respect it. only thing I can say he is missing is storytelling, (TBH) he didnt have a rough life from what I see, but he is still a dope MC.
@dagr8rylz Didn't say he was wack. He's got bars no doubt but they pop bars. How you gonna even comment back defending Drake on some real hip hop shit. REAL hiphop heads know. Ask Common...lol. My point wasn't even to bash Drake. It was to state that if you put these kats on a beat, it'll open your mind. I'm not talking about no singing raping auto-tune using mc...C'mon son, he sing to women 90% of the time. He got bars...lol
Dry or moist heat applied to the area often provides relief from pain caused by muscle spasm. However, it has not been shown to speed the healing process.
You should guard against neck extension because this will make the pain worse. You should stay active and perform your daily work as tolerated, unless this involves heavy physical labor. Contact your doctor for recommendations.
my favorite verse:I'm sick of bitches shakin' asses I'm sick of talkin' about blunts, Sick of Versace glasses, Sick of slang, Sick of half-ass awards shows, Sick of name brand clothes. Sick of R&B bitches over bullshit tracks, Cocaine and crack Which brings sickness to blacks, Sick of swoll' head rappers With their sicker-than raps Clappers and gats Makin' the whole sick world collapse The facts are gettin' sick Even sicker perhaps Stickabush to make a bundle to escape this synapse
And you what's crazy about that verse? It was uttered in 1996!?!? It's almost as if De La Soul could see the dire direction rap was headed towards and tried to warn people about it.
Unfortunately what they predicted happened anyway.... dudes were already being brainwashed by the latest trash from Puff Daddy and thus this album, this song and it's message were largely ignored. =/
@eblancor Because Warner Bros are a bunch of pussies that are scared to put 3 Feet High and Rising up in case the artists they sampled beg for a paycheck to clear the samples. No idea why they don't just add their post-3 Feet High albums at least, though. These ones have definitely been cleared. But I guess it's just that Warner Bros suck. Look at EMI, they have Paul's Boutique up on iTunes and everywhere else and that album has more samples than 3 Feet High.
I'm not even mad at them using the N-word, they used it to prove a point instead of arbitrarily and wantonly for no reason other than to say the word.
"Life can get all up in you A---- baby u betta work it out, lemme tell you whats it all about, our skin not considered equal. A meteor has more rights than my people..." YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS

@Sensarmy300 The people who accuse others of "greed" NEVER include themselves in that judgment. In reality, everyone is greedy to some degree, but greed will not increase your salary ONE PENNY. There's a resurgence of real hip hop now. Hip hop is bck. Kendrick Lamar, Cyhi, J cole, Kanye, jus 2 name a few r puttn out some great musik. Ur local radio station will only play mostly the commercial bullshit though
Would I be bragging if I mentioned my autographed copy of "De La Soul is Dead" that Pos signed for me at their S.F. show ? This is probably among the top 5 best / most important hip hop albums ever laid down.
"The instamatic focal point bringing damage to your boroughs Be some brothers from the east with some beats that be thorough Got the solar gravitation so I'm bound to pull it I gets down like brothers are found ducking from bullets Gun control means using both hands in my my land."
