The length-of-pull on that stock is way off. That girl could handle that rifle just fine if the length-of-pull was shortened, but then, that would require butchering the fine wood furniture on that rifle. It would make more sense to buy a second stock (compatible with that make and model), naturally a cheaper aftermarket stock, and have it customized to fit her.
