Ed, this is an outstanding video, especially for being only 8 minutes long. I found it super helpful to apply what you shared to reviewing my blog. I was quite surprised to discover the two sources that were sending traffic to me. It is still very small, but it proves that the social bookmarking is working.

My traffic is terrible. All of the 21 visits are by me. How do I exclude myself and actually get people other than me to come? :(

To exclude yourself simply make a filter. Name the filter something like My IP Filter. In the box named Filter Type select Exclude all traffic from an IP. Once this is selected an box named IP address is displayed. Just add your IP there and save the filter. Done
