The woman looks like Shirley Maclaine and reminds me of the movie where she keeps marrying these guys who end up becoming millionaires and dying and she inherits money, gets tired of being widowed and inheriting so much money, tries to find a poor guy, but they always end of stumbling upon getting rich. Paul Newman was a poor artist and also becomes very rich, I think the movie was called "How to Marry A Millionaire".....anybody know for sure?
