I don't like sounding like those know it all dicks that try to force their ways on other people. Each individual has there own technique that works best for them. So all I can do is share what works best for me. My technique is using Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed to Foliar feed plants and the Molasses in the soil with the nutrients.

Never foliar feed when plants are flowering.

Unless you wanna risk mold or mildew.

Never over use foliar pesticides. If you understand biology, you will understand that pests will become immune to your pesticides.

Light will create a seem on your plants, like a magnifying glass with sunlight, causing stress.

Let them dry in the dark, but make sure fans are on to prevent powdery mildew.

If your using liquid surfacents or wetting agents, its OK to foliar feed during the day, risk free.

I sprayed during flowering and throughout growth for all my plants and had no problems. I don't use pesticides either..no bug problems here.....

I foiliar feed and spray my plant several times a day...lights on and off...

My temps tend to stay low and my plants stomas are open at 70 degrees....

I have had nothing but great success with my foilar feeding and spraying techniques....Thanks again for the Comments~!

I haven't foliar fed my girls, but i do spray em from a distance of a foot during vegging and a foot n a half during flowering so the water can mix with air b4 landing on plant. The girls LOVE it! As they get a nice mist like spray. after all in the real world yor weed would get some water on em

Molasses mixes into water just fine without having to heat or boil it like sugar in water.... Just stir or shake well.

Have you ever used spray-n-grow? Works well w other fertz too. Would work better if you had reverse osmosis water though. Just watch for moldy/mildewy buds. what state you live in?
