The government has no problem with their product being in an mlm, in fact, they like making money too, it is the SEC that has a problem with non-licensed brokers making a commission off a commodity, which, is the problem with past bullion companies, which again, numis is not.

All Gold/Silver MLM's fail... it's a 100% failure rate.
Heres the problem... these coins collectible or not, have been issued by
the United States government and they do not take kindly to having their
product in a MLM.
Surprising to me how some people just skip over the fact that silver
fluctuates so much. Because of this, the company must change comp plan
and/or price of product. This creates instability because people get tired of the changes in the autoship and or comp plan.
