@MrSafetymeeting yes. thats why i didnt write that they could not kill people at all, so your sarcasm is missplaced. i briefly looked up murder numbers for usa and germany and found that the usa has roughly double the murders per citizen of germany (where it is significantly harder to get weapons). in general is there something wrong with limiting the numbers of guns out there? i assume murdering people without guns is much harder than simply point a gun and pulling the trigger.

you dont have to make gun posession illegal. it would suffice to have a strict control on who has guns and to test those people psycholgically. you could also have some rules on how many weapons you can have at home and how to store them (in secured lockers).

If creationists could produce ONE single shred of evidence supporting their hypothesis, then they might be taken seriously. So far, they have only demonstrated that they have no understanding at all of causality, biology, or physics, and they think that believing something makes it true.

every american should be required to pass the citizenship test before they can register to vote.
if they make the citizenship test easier so dumber people can vote they will increase the number of foreigners becoming citizens. thus aggravating the same people they are trying to get to vote.
you will decrease the number of people voting but certainly increase the quality of those votes.
