  • i would personally suggest not to boil the wings with water, there won't be enough chicken juice in the wings after that. Not to mention, after boiling the wings, it won't absorb the sauce taste into the wings as much as if u have it fried first, and then add the sauce in and boil it. That way, the Skin would have turned brown, while the meat is not fully cook yet. This allows the meat to absorb the taste of the sauce. In addition, there will still be chicken wing juice inside.

  • what is swiss sauce ? i never heard of it (im from hk btw)

  • @xHuniiSweetx hi, there's an entry on wikipedia under "Swiss Wing"

  • @xHuniiSweetx

u go to 太平館 website , u would find the answer

  • @ebi626 yeah but i cant read cantonese :((

  • @luikelvin1 我反而覺得她的廣東話很標準.現在港澳人很難有.

  • Why did you put all those spices in the tea bag and just left the tea bag on the pan? Do the flavors really come out?

  • @summergirl26 Hi, the flavors will come out also later easy to take it out :-)

  • Hello, I haven't tried any of your recipes but I love your videos. Please tell me if there is something special to this dish because it seems like a lot of extra work for about the same taste as "lo sui" chicken wings. Thanks.

  • @ahmazingchoco Thank you , you try my recipe. Please tell me the result.

  • I've been looking for this recipe for a long time...T_T It's delicious, and I didn't know it was called "Swiss sauce". Do you have a video of how to make chow mien or chop suey? Chinese food is great!! Gotta try this recipe...

And you have some awesome cooking skills! ^^ Thanks for sharing!

  • @AngelofKaos Thank you, I haven't got videos of chow mien or chop sue, but I put them on my list and Will make it as soon as possible.

  • @AngelofKaos Well, I think western people should learn that Chop suey isn't a chinese dish. It was invented by chinese immigrants in the US when they came looking for work. If you went to china asking for Chop suey, they would probably not know much about what it is. Chop suey is MSG loaded soy based dishes with oil fried meat and vegetables.

Chao mien is more authentic chinese food, and La mien.

  • @NattHrafn

I didn't know that about Chop Suey...woah! Thanks.

And yeah, Chow Mein, Chaw Fan, Kung Pao chicken, Char Siu, Gulaorou...all delicious chinese meals

  • 簡單易做..... 我會跟住你的做法試做....多謝分享受!
